All National Health Care Provider Solutions (hereinafter referred to as National Health Care Provider Solutions, NHCPS, AclsOnline.me, NHCPS.com) affiliated online services offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchased programs and courses, excluding study manuals, books, and/or materials that have been shipped by NHCPS to the Shipping address provided by the customer during program enrollment and ordering. Upon refund, the Certification Card, CME Certificate, and Online User Profile will be Void and inaccessible. The customer may cancel for a full refund at any point during the course completion process.

After any online course is completed, and Certification Cards have been shipped, NHCPS reserves the right to refuse a refund to the petitioning customer. Only in extreme cases determined at the sole discretion of NHCPS, will a refund will be refused. It is the obligation of the individual buyer to determine his or her organization’s requirements for ACLS Certification before enrolling, attempting, and/or completing an NHCPS affiliated online course.

NHCPS strives to provide all individuals interested in obtaining ACLS, PALS, and/or BLS Certification with the highest quality and most professional online programs available. Our staff is available to work with customers on any and all questions or concerns about our online ACLS Certification course. We require that those who enroll in our ACLS Course attempt to resolve any questions or concerns that may arise in the present or future with our staff. Our staff can always be reached via the contact us form on any NHCPS website, or the phone number on any NHCPS website, but it is the responsibility of the user to initiate issue communication and questioning.

NHCPS provides online accredited ACLS, PALS, and BLS Certification and testing that allows those who have enrolled in our course to earn an ACLS, PALS, and/or BLS Certification Card as proof of their completion of our course. Our certification is not approved by the American Heart Association due to the fact that the AHA does not approve ANY online certification or recertification course. It is up to the purchaser of the course to review his or her organizational requirements to clarify the organizational requirements of their employer or requiring body to determine whether or not they will accept NHCPS certification.

NHCPS also accepts no responsibility for any circumstances in which a graduate of our course provides negligent health services to a patient or anyone provided with medical attention. Our ACLS, PALS, and/or BLS course is not intended to be an all-inclusive course in complete training and procedural instruction for Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and/or Basic Life Support.

NHCPS strongly suggests that applicants review the latest American Heart Association guidelines and also consider American Heart Association approved classroom programs that teach clinical sills along with the cognitive portion of ACLS, PALS, and/or BLS training as a supplement to our course offerings. We recommend that you also review supplementary knowledge in ACLS, PALS, and/or BLS procedure, pre-hospital training, hospital stabilization and other cognitive ACLS, PALS, and/or BLS skills.

By using any NHCPS website (including, but not limited to www.nhcps.com, www.aclsonline.me, www.palsonline.me) or purchasing our certification or recertification course you agree that you take full responsibility for your actions and for how you implement any and all knowledge gained from our course. You also agree that you indemnify National Health Care Provider Solutions, and hold no liability against National Health Care Provider Solutions whatsoever. You also agree to relinquish any responsibility of National Health Care Provider Solutions for loss of life or injury to any living thing or person that may result from your practice of knowledge gained in any of our certification or recertification courses or from our website’s resources.

By using any NHCPS website (including, but not limited to www.nhcps.com, www.aclsonline.me, www.palsonline.me) or purchasing our certification or recertification course you agree to allow messages be sent to the email address provided during registration from any NHCPS affiliated account. The content of these emails will contain information including, but not limited to, customer receipts, electronic certification cards, customer inquiry responses, promotional offers, refund request/disputes, and certification deadline reminders. Discontinuation of this service is available. Services will be immediately terminated once NHCPS receives a service discontinuation request from the email address associated with your account.

We insist applicants and any person considering ACLS or PALS certification review current study guides that meet the latest ECC, AHA and AAP guidelines and recommendations. We also would recommend that applicants consider the program offered through the American Heart Association as well as local classes that teach disciplinary skills with real-life training. Those who order our courses at www.nhcps.com relinquish any and all obligatory responsibility or fault of NHCPS for any and all actions among which but are not limited to; incompetence, injury or loss of life that result from any contact with an infant, child, person or any living thing. We also suggest you conduct additional learning exercises to enhance your understanding of emergency pediatric pre-hospital and hospital stabilization and cognitive training as well as advanced cardiovascular life support training.
